This special cider blend from Sidra Trabanco is made with only estate grown, native Asturian apple varieties that have been selected by the Asturian Association of Cider Apple Growers. Trabanco cider is fermented with native yeasts at low temperatures in chestnut barrels. Notes of ripe apple, rose, and citrus. Pairs exceptionally with manchego cheese, cured ham, or pork belly.
